How does the deposit work?
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production after your design is confirmed. The remaining 60% is due before shipment. This ensures commitment and covers initial production costs.
What does the $199 design fee cover?
The design fee covers the creation of a detailed 3D visualization of your custom build. This allows you to see and approve the design before production begins. Revisions are included until you are satisfied.
How long does production take?
Guided custom builds typically take 3–4 weeks. Bespoke creations require 6–10 weeks depending on complexity, as new molds must be designed and produced.
Is my order completely private?
All communication is confidential, packaging is plain and unmarked, and transaction descriptions are discreet. Your privacy is our highest priority.
Can I make changes after submitting?
Yes, changes can be made during the design and review phase. Once production begins after the 40% deposit, modifications are limited. We work closely with you to finalize everything before manufacturing starts.
