Product presentation

Luxora presents carefully selected models with a focus on premium realism, discreet delivery, and private ownership. Product descriptions, images, measurements, and material notes are provided for general guidance only. Because manufacturing, photography, screen settings, hand-finishing, and supplier variation can affect presentation, small differences in appearance, color, finish, or measurements may occur. Luxora does not make misleading claims or guarantee that every product will appear exactly identical to every image or description.

Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to review, payment approval, stock confirmation, and operational availability. Luxora reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or adjust an order where pricing errors, stock issues, fraud concerns, shipping restrictions, compliance concerns, or other legitimate business reasons apply.

Pricing and availability

Prices, availability, lead times, and shipping routes may change without notice before an order is placed. Once an order is accepted, Luxora will make reasonable efforts to fulfill it in accordance with the published policy terms and product details in effect at the time of order.

Custom and made-to-order purchases

Some products may be offered on a ready-to-ship basis, while others are produced only after order placement. Custom or made-to-order purchases require a non-refundable 40% deposit before production begins and may be cancelled only within 12 hours of purchase; cancellation rights are more limited than for standard orders. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout. Luxora is not responsible for delays, added costs, or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details, unresponsive recipients, customs processing, carrier disruption, or local legal restrictions.

Prohibited use

You may not use this website for unlawful activity, fraudulent purchases, abuse of store systems, infringement of intellectual property rights, or any use that implies underage access or underage marketing.

Limitation of representations

Luxora does not make medical claims, mental health claims, relationship outcome claims, or dependency-based claims regarding any product. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
