Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Limited Warranty
Luxora provides a 7-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only. This includes:
- Structural defects
- Material defects present upon arrival
Warranty Conditions
To qualify for warranty support:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Clear photo or video evidence must be provided
Exclusions (Not Covered)
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Modifications or alterations
- Personal dissatisfaction or change of mind
Damage During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of packaging and product

Chargebacks & Disputes
